One of three financial services companies to be named to this prestigious annual list.

Crain’s New York Business partnered with Best Company Group, an independent research firm, to find the Best Places to Work in New York City. Businesses with more than 25 employees in New York City were eligible to be considered and more than 13,000 employees were surveyed as part of the selection process. Scores from employees, who answered a confidential 76-question survey, were combined with scores from an 81-question survey of employers. Results from the employee surveys made up 75 percent of the total score and results from the employer surveys made up 25 percent.
