Board of Directors
Linedata Services is a public limited company (société anonyme) with a board of directors. The members of the Board of Directors are appointed for a two-year term by the Shareholders’ General Meeting. Directors may be re-appointed. The Board of Directors convenes regularly to carry out the duties assigned to it by law and by the Company's constituent documents.

Lise Fauconnier A graduate of the HEC school of management and holder of a degree in monetary economics, Lise Fauconnier began her career at Clinvest, the investment subsidiary of Crédit Lyonnais, with responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and portfolio management. She became Investment Manager at EURIS before joining AXA Private Equity (now Ardian) in early 1998, serving as Managing Director for the AXA LBO FUND business. |
Vivien Levy-Garboua A graduate of the École Polytechnique and holder of a PhD in economics from Harvard University, Vivien Levy-Garboua was Rapporteur of the Energy Commission and the French government's Eighth Development Plan. He joined BNP in 1980, where he held a series of executive positions, including Organisational Director. He then headed Asset Management, Insurance and International Private Banking (Asset Management & Services Division). In 2005, he was appointed Head of Compliance and Internal Control Coordinator and Member of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas, and from 2008 to 2014 he served as Senior Advisor. He is the author of numerous works on economics, including “Macropsychoanalysis: The Economics of the Subconscious”, published in French in 2007. |
Cécile André-Leruste A graduate of the HEC school and holder of a MBA from the Wharton School and the Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania, Cécile André-Leruste has held various executive positions at McKinsey, Société Générale, Roland Berger, Capgemini, Accenture and as CEO of the RGI Group. Since September 2022, she is Managing Partner at Priscus Italia. |
Jamil Jiva Jamil Jiva joined Linedata in 2010. He is responsible for driving the group's development and growth by steering its acquisition and partnership strategy, and setting up innovative commercial alliances. Jamil first acquired a solid commercial experience in France and North America within the Lending & Leasing business line. He went on to head up this entity in North America, where he achieved major signatures and created commercial synergies in several regions. Jamil holds a degree in computer engineering, a Master's degree from ESSEC and Queen's University in Ontario, Canada, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School.
